(“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy in order to address, as an organization, the proper handling of personal data under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003; the “APPI”). We comply with the APPI and other applicable laws and regulations, as well as with the guidelines issued by the Personal Information Protection Commission and other guidelines. By handling personal data appropriately and by taking security control measures (including those required under Article 23 of the APPI), we aim to live up to the trust of the individuals whose information we hold.

To ship products, invoices, campaign prizes, and the like

To respond to, confirm, and keep records of inquiries, consultations, complaints, repairs, and support requests
To develop, improve, and enhance our products and services, and to improve the experience our digital services offer

5. Security Control Measures for Personal Data

6. Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties and Joint Use

7. Procedures for Requests Concerning Retained Personal Data

Where an individual requests the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties of retained personal data, we will verify the individual’s identity in accordance with our prescribed procedures and then respond promptly.
